Fee Schedule

Our fees, in public.

Most tax firms make you book a call to find out what they charge. Here is the whole schedule — the annual tiers, everything each one includes, the additional services, and what moves the number.

Built for 1099 nurse practitioners, CRNAs, physicians and physician assistants who are independent, structured wrong, or about to be.

CompanyEntities coordinated so income lands where it is taxed least, with nexus monitored across every state you work in.
ShareholderBasis, distributions and loans documented across entities — the records that protect the structure if it is ever questioned.
PersonalReal estate depreciation integrated with practice income, and a plan that builds toward what you keep after you stop working.

Savings figures are modeled illustrations for a representative client at each income band, using 2026 federal figures — the $184,500 Social Security wage base, 2026 brackets, the §199A deduction with its specified-service phase-out, and current retirement plan limits. They are not a guarantee, a projection of your result, or a report of past client outcomes. Your actual savings depend on your income, entity, state and circumstances. The $675 structure review produces the real number for you.

Pricing Factors

What moves your number

Tier pricing starts where it starts because complexity is the real cost driver, not income. Five things change it.

Your filing entityA sole proprietorship costs less to plan around than an S corporation, a partnership or a C corporation.
Additional businessesHolding companies, management companies and separate practices each carry their own decisions.
Rental propertyEach property tracked in planning adds depreciation, grouping and basis work.
States you work inLocum and travel clinicians often owe in several. Each one is its own analysis.
A spouse with a businessA second set of entity, payroll and retirement decisions to coordinate with yours.
Prior-year cleanupUnfiled years, missed elections or returns worth amending are quoted separately.

The structure review settles all of this. Rather than guessing which of the above apply to you, spend $675 and leave with a fixed quote — credited back in full if you go ahead.

À La Carte

Additional services

Priced separately and added to any tier, or bought on their own. Three or more together take 10% off.

You already know roughly what you paid last April.

Spend 75 minutes finding out how much of it was avoidable. If the answer is not much, you will have paid $675 for certainty. If it is a lot, you will have found it in September instead of next April.
